Brussels spouts are not a big hit around here. But if I made them like this I bet they would be very well received! Thanks for the new idea in handling a difficult veggie at our house!

It wasn’t until a few years ago that I discovered how amazingly delicious roasted brussels sprouts are! I love them in the Fall with roast chicken – yum!

Growing up I didn’t really care for brussel sprouts, could of been the way they were cooked. Now, I’m such a big fan of them and I love how you’ve added the bacon and onions to the sprouts.

Oh how I love Brussels sprouts, like you I remember these cooked for Christmas dinner until they were almost grey, I swear that my Mum used to start them on Christmas Eve 😉 I think they are wonderful cooked just like this, I’ll definitely give cranberry a try, I usually use red currant jelly as we make that from what we have in the garden. I like to add some walnuts too 🙂
