For Red Jigglers:
Put red Jello and Knox gelatin into a bowl.
Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Pour into 9x13 inch pan.
Cool in refrigerator until firm (4-5 hours).
Cut with star cookie cutter (or cut into squares)
Repeat for Green Jigglers.
Optional: Add sprinkles before serving.
**since I knew I'd be cutting these with cookie cutters and wanted to guarantee they'd pop right out of the pan, I sprayed the pan very lightly with cooking spray, then wiped off with a paper towel. If I'm cutting squares, I don't worry about spraying.
