I tried this recipe for the first time last night. It was definitely a winner with both my husband and myself. Our cod fillets were quite thick, and so the 20 minutes were exactly right for us. Thanks for this recipe! I’ll definitely be using it repeatedly!

20 minutes……and the fish is way overcooked! But i will tru again with a maxinum of 12 -13 minutes.
