Today while grilling steaks, we added fresh corn on the cob still in the shuck… Directly over the hot coals with pecan & pear wood. the Shucks were blackened and the flavored smoke permeated through to the cob. I cut the kernels from the cob and will be making a deliciously roasted flavored ” Corn Salad”….
